I beg to move amendment No. 55, in page 26, line 6, column 3, at end insert— 'In section 10(2) the words "(1) or (2)".'.

With this we may take Government amendments Nos. 66 and 56 to 58.

This too, I am glad to say, is a consequential amendment. It arises from the replacement of section 8 of the Civil Aviation Act 1971, which deals with the borrowing powers of the CAA, by new clause 4. Its purpose is to repeal a reference in subsection 10(2) of the 1971 Act, as amended by the 1978 Act.
