§ Mr. TebbitI beg to move amendment No. 52, in page 22, line 7, leave out subsection (3) and insert— 196
(3) This Act, except sections (Extension of powers of British Airports Authority) and (Acquisition of land by agreement by British Airports Authority), extends to Northern Ireland.'.All that I need say is that this is a consequential amendment arising out of the two new clauses which were agreed to earlier.
