§ Mr. MarksOn a point of order, Mr. Speaker. In reply to my question on the Youth and Community Bill, the Leader of the House said that there would be time to debate the subject on Monday. He was referring to the fact that the sponsor of the Bill, the hon. Member for Bedford (Mr. Skeet), has drawn time to debate a motion on Monday. Is there anything in the rules of the House to prevent the hon. Member for Bedford from having a further debate on his Bill, provided the usual channels agree?
§ Mr. SpeakerThe hon. Gentleman will know, as I know, that motions take precedence on Monday, and the motion may well run the full time.
