§ Mr. FoxI beg to move amendment No. 51, in page 11, line 15, leave out 'the cost of'.
This amendment is consequential on amendment No. 34. It removes any possibility of confusion on the reimbursement that a direct labour organisation will receive for work carried out. The direct labour organisations will not receive the cost of work that they undertake. Like contractors, they will be paid on the basis of terms agreed before the work was started.
