- (i) section 5(3)(c) of the London Government Act 1963 (agreements between Greater London Council and other London authorities for the carrying out of works of maintenance by one party in connection with land or buildings for the maintenance of which another party is responsible), or
- (ii)'.

§ Mr. KingThese are technical amendments. They are needed to clarify uncertainties which were pointed out in Committee. We promised to bring forward amendments as necessary. They merely ensure that, where authorities have a number of powers available to them under which they may do work for each other, the treatment of such work under this part of the Bill is consistent.
