Mr. Fox

Amendment No. 68 is one of a number of drafting amendments that reorganise the commencement provisions for part V in a single place—namely, clause 36.

Amendment No. 75 is a minor one consequential upon accepting a new clause in Committee. It provides for the commencement in a new rate period of clause 28, which relates to recovery of rates from owners.

Amendment No. 76 is another of a series of drafting amendments that bring all the commencement provisions for rating clauses into clause 36.

Amendment No. 77 is a technical amendment to complete the process of bringing together in the same clause—clause 36—all the commencement provisions for part V.
