§ Mr. PattenIn reaching his decision, will my right hon. Friend recognise that my constituency has suffered for many years from a totally inadequate number of nursery schools? Will he also bear in mind that the establishment of a nursery class at Twerton—part of Avon's plan —would meet a genuine educational and social need?
§ Mr. KingI am aware of my hon. Friend's concern. That is one of the factors that we shall bear in mind when considering the various projects that have been put forward.
