I beg to move, That this House believes that small businesses have a vital contribution to make to Britain's future prosperity and that, in order to stimulate their growth and reduce unemployment, the burden of bureaucratic demands and of taxation on them should be lightened and the powers of Inland Revenue and of Customs and Excise value-added tax officers to enter their premises and seize documents—
