Motion made and Question proposed, That this House agrees with the recommendations contained in the first, second, third, fourth, sixth, seventh and eighth reports of the Sessional Committee on Procedure of Session 1976–77, relating to the calling of amendments for Division, points of order during Divisions, Opposition motions on Supply days, business of the House motions the operation of Standing Order No. 9, ballots for Private Members' motions and Bills, and the tabling of amendments to Bills on Second Reading.—[Mr. St. John-Stevas.]
