Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the law relating to companies, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any administrative expenses incurred by the Secretary of State and any increase attributable to the provisions of that Act in the sums so payable under any other Act; and
  2. (b) the payment into the Consolidated Fund of any increases attributable to that Act in the sums received by the registrar of companies—[Mr. Eyre.]
