Member has now to approach you, since the House introduced a new rule about 12 months ago? I have so approached you and made an application concerning the totally inaccurate and misleading remarks—
§ Mr. SpeakerOrder. I am sorry to interrupt the hon. Member, but it is the rule of the House that when an hon. Member has submitted to me an application for a ruling on privilege it cannot be referred to in the Chamber until I have replied. I assure the hon. Member for Keighley (Mr. Cryer) that I am giving urgent consideration to this application, and he will hear from me within a reasonable time.
