Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for the vesting of all the property, rights, liabilities and obligations of British Aerospace in a company nominated by the Secretary of State and the subsequent dissolution of British Aerospace, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any sums so payable under or in consequence of that Act; and
  2. (b) the payment into the Consolidated Fund of any dividends or other sums required by that Act to be so paid.—[Mr. Cope.]
