Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved,

That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide a system of registration of interests in land in Scotland in place of the recording of deeds in the Register of Sasines and for indemnification in respect of registered interests in land, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland in connection with the establishment of the said system of registration;
  2. (2) any increase attributable to the said Act in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any other enactment; and
  3. (3) the payment into the Consolidated Fund of any fees received by the said Keeper in respect of the said system of registration.—[The Lord Advocate.]
