That, at this day's sitting, notwithstanding anything in Standing Order No. 18 (Business of Supply), the business of Supply may be anticipated by a Motion for the Adjournment of the House; and that Mr. Speaker shall, not later than Ten o'clock, put forthwith any Questions necessary to dispose of proceedings on the Motion in the name of Mr. James Callaghan relating to Reducing public services for those who need them most and on the Motions in the names of Mr. Nigel Lawson and Mr. Robin F.
