I beg to move amendment No. 68, in page 22, line 4, column 3, at end insert ' section 15(2)(d).'.

With this we may take Government amendment No. 69.

One of the clauses that we have debated and passed provides that the British National Oil Company should not enjoy exemption. The provisions in the Petroleum and Submarine Pipe-lines Act are therefore otiose. I hope that the Committee will accept these amendments.
