That, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 64 (Meetings of standing committees), the Welsh Grand Committee shall meet on Wednesday next at half-past ten o'clock for the purpose of further considering the matter of the Welsh Economy; and that the Chairman shall put any question necessary
