§ Mr. ParkinsonYes. My hon. Friend who takes a keen interest in these matters, will be pleased to know that the Portuguese authorities have affirmed their determination to stand by the quota arrangements and recognise that there is need for the careful negotiations mentioned by my hon. Friend.
