Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved,

That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to repeal section 2 of the Official Secrets Act 1911, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
    1. (i) any expenses incurred by a Minister of the Crown or a Government department in consequence of the provisions of that Act of this Session;
    2. (ii) the expenses of the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration under that Act of this Session; and
    3. (iii) any increase attributable to that Act of this Session in sums payable out of money so provided under any other enactment;
  2. (b) the payment into the Consolidated Fund of any fees received under that Act of this Session—[Mr. John Evans.]
