Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make further provision with respect to the health services in England, Wales and Scotland and their use by private patients and with respect to hospitals and nursing homes outside those services, to dissolve or make further provision with respect to certain bodies connected with or with persons providing services within those health services, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State for the purposes of the said Act of the present Session;
  2. (b) any increase attributable to the provisions of that Act in the sums payable under any other Act out of money so provided or out of the Consolidated Fund; and
  3. (c) any payment into the Consolidated Fund.
