§ Mr. EnglishOn a point of order, Mr. Speaker. Are you proposing to commence Question Time in view of the lateness of other people?
§ Mr. SpeakerOrder. Hostilities begin next week. It has never been customary, when the Gentleman-Usher of the Black Rod is due, for us to start Questions; and in any case the Department which was first for Questions today will be first for Questions on the Tuesday of the first week of the new Session.
§ Mr. EnglishFurther to the point of order, Mr. Speaker. I thought that hostilities betwen this House and another place were permanent.
