§ Mr. Neville Trotter presented a Bill to enable effect to be given by Order in Council to the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships 1973 and to any modifications of the Convention and any convention superseding the Convention; and to the Protocol relating to Intervention on the High Seas in the cases of Marine Pollution by Substances other than Oil; And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday, 14th July and to be printed.
