Following is the report of the Business Committee: That—

  1. (a) of the allotted days which under the Order [16th November] are given to the remaining proceedings on the Bill nine shall be allotted to the proceedings in Committee and the remainder to proceedings on Consideration and Third Reading; and
  2. (b) the Bill shall be considered in Committee in the order shown in the Table set out below; and
  3. (c) the nine days allotted to the proceedings in Committee shall be allotted in the manner shown in that Table and, subject to the provisions of that Order, each part of the proceedings shall, if not previously brought to a conclusion, he brought to a conclusion at the time specified in the third column of that Table.
