§ Dr. MarshallIn reaching a decision in this project, will the Minister bear in mind the arithmetical features of the cost-benefit analysis which operate unfairly against schemes such as the Darrington flyover, for which the benefits will accrue greatly as the years go by?
§ Mr. HoramMy hon. Friend has made a very sophisticated and accurate point, which I shall bear in mind. I hope that in this scheme sufficient account will be taken of road safety and environmental aspects, as well as those of cost benefit.
