§ Mr. Arthur LewisOn a point of order, Mr. Speaker. I am sorry that I have not been able to give you notice of this point of order, but I hope that it is a matter on which you can take action.
A moment ago I was able to go to the Vote Office and obtain a copy of "Weekly Information Bulletin". As one who persistently and consistently attacks the establishment for its failure to look after hon. Members, may I ask you as Mr. Speaker, and as the only truly independent Member here, whether you could point out to those concerned—in this case, the Public Information Office of the House of Commons Library—how much all hon. Members appreciate the work which those Officers have put into this excellent document as well as the excellent service that we receive from the Library? This is one of the very good services with which I personally can never find fault. Perhaps my point of order gives you the opportunity of drawing publicity to this document.
§ Mr. SpeakerI am very much obliged to the hon. Gentleman, as I am sure will be members of the Library staff, who in the research department, as in other departments, give a first-class service to hon. Members in this House. I am very much obliged.
