Friend the Member for Birmingham, Perry Barr (Mr. Rooker), he made certain allegations about Labour Party Properties, implying corruption and mishandling of planning permission. May I through you, Mr. Speaker, ask whether it is in order to invite him to substantiate his allegations or to withdraw them, or to repeat them outside where they can be answered?
