HC Deb 20 January 1978 vol 942 c825
Mr. Buchan

On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. I should like to draw your attention to col. 664 of yesterday's Hansard. This matter can be swiftly explained. During our justifiably heated interchanges yesterday during questions on the Business Statement, an interjection is attributed to me in the middle of the question which was being put by my right hon. Friend the Member for Jarrow (Mr. Fernyhough). I want to make it clear that it was not me. On the contrary, I entirely approved of both the content and the form of the question.

Mr. Speaker

We all know that the hon. Gentleman would not interrupt.
