§ Mr. RifkindDoes the right hon and learned Gentleman consider that he will continue to need the assistance of a second Scottish Law Officer in the event of the Government's devolution proposals being implemented?
§ The Lord AdvocateAs the hon. Gentleman will be aware, the effect of the Scotland Bill would be that the two Scottish Law Officers would remain United Kingdom Law Officers, Westminster-based. There is no proposal to change that.
