Motion made, and Question,
That, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the practice of the House relating to matters which may be included in Finance Bills, any Finance Bill of the present Session may contain provision for giving effect to the Directive of the Council of the European Communities dated 19th December 1977 No 77/799/EEC.—[Mr. Healey.]
