Queen's Recommendation having been signified

Motion made, and Question, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session relating to finance, it is expedient to authorise any increase in the sums to be issued out of or paid into the National Loans Fund which is attributable to any provision of that Act enabling the Public Works Loan Commissioner to make further loans in pursuance of section 3 of the National Loans Act 1968 up to a limit of £12,000 million.—[Mr. Healey.] put forthwith pursuant to Standing Order No. 94 (Ways and Means motions), and agreed to.

Bill ordered to be brought in upon the foregoing Resolutions by the Chairman of Ways and Means, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Merlyn Rees, Mr. Eric G. Varley, Mr. David Ennals, Mr. Edmund Dell, Mr. John Silkin, Mr. Joel Barnett, Mr. Harold Lever, Mr. Denzil Davies and Mr. Robert Sheldon.
