Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to establish a Co-operative Development Agency, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of sums required by the Secretary of State for making grants to the Agency up to a maximum aggregate of £1,500,000;
  2. (2) the payment into the Consolidated Fund of any sums received by the Secretary of State under that Act.—[Mr. Graham.]
