§ Mr. SpeakerBefore I instruct the Clerk to read the titles of Private Bills, I should draw the attention of the House to the fact that Private Business has been printed on the Order Paper immediately before the Orders of the Day and not, as is customary, immediately before Questions.
I must also draw attention to the fact that the Prime Minister's Questions have not been numbered in their customary sequence, though they are in a separate list.
