From listening to the news, I understand that the document has been virtually vetoed and thrown out of the window. Will the Government proceed with the matter tonight, or have they now withdrawn that document?
§ Mr. SpeakerI have received no information to lead me to conclude that the matter must not be discussed. I can, however, tell the House that a wide debate on fishery resources will be possible under the motion on the Order Paper, if we reach it.
