§ Mr. SpeakerI have given careful consideration to the complaint made yesterday by the hon. Member for Thur-rock (Dr. McDonald) about the terms of a news-letter issued by the Society for the Protection of Unborn Children. I have concluded that the publication does not raise issues such as would justify me in giving precedence over the Orders of the Day to a motion relating to it.
