I have to acquaint the House that a message has been brought from the Lords by one of their Clerks, part of which is as follows: The Lords do not insist on their amendments to the Unfair Contract Terms Bill to which this House hath disagreed, and they disagree to the amendments made by this House to one of the Lords amendments, for which disagreement they assign their reasons.

Order read for consideration of Lords disagreement to Commons amendments to a Lords amendment, and Reasons.
