Lords amendment: No. 56 in page 12, line 15, leave out subsection (2).

I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said amendment.

With this we are to take Lords Amendment No. 57.

Mr. Ross

These are purely drafting amendments. They move provisions for repeals to the end of the clause in order to place them after the consequential amendments in subsections (3) and (4) and at the end of the clause, where logically they belong. They make not substantive change.
