Lords amendment: No. 53, in page 11, line 14, at end insert— appropriate consultations" means consultations—

  1. (a)with such associations representing relevant authorities, and
  2. (b)with such other persons,
as the Secretary of State considers appropriate; available", in relation to accommodation shall be construed in accordance with section [Meaning of "accommodation available for occupation".] above".
