With this we shall take Lords Amendments Nos. 36 and 38.

Mr. Ross

This is essentially a drafting amendment which makes clear that a body that is required to co-operate with a housing authority is not required to exercise any of the latter's functions except those to which the request relates. The other amendments are all consequential.
