§ Mr. Clinton DavisI beg to move Amendment No. 11, in page 22, line 27, at end insert:
',the names of the proprietor and (if different) the inventor and any other matters constituting or relating to the patent which in the comptroller's opinion it is desirable to publish'.This amendment makes it clear that the Comptroller shall put not only the specification of the patent as specified in the present draft but the names of the proprietor and the inventor and such other matters as he considers desirable. This follows from amendments agreed in Committee, which gave the inventor the right to be mentioned in the patent.
