HC Deb 14 July 1977 vol 935 cc765-6
10. Mr. Dalyell

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what proposals he has to ensure that coroners are as co-operative as possible in problems related to the donation of organs from victims of accidents or sudden death.

Dr. Summzrskill

Mr. Dalyell

It seems to have helped to clarify the position of a coroner in the circumstances. It is felt generally that the circular was a helpful one.
