Resolved,
That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that, on the ratification by the Government of the United States of America of the Protocol set out in the Schedule to the Order entitled the Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income) (United States of America) (No. 2) Order 1976, a draft of which was laid before this House on 9th November 1976 in the last Session of Parliament, an Order be made in the form of that draft.—[Mr. Denzil Davies.]
