Motion made, and Question put forthwith pursuant to Standing Order No. 73A (Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments, &c.),
That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Lothian and Strathclyde Regions (Greenrigg and Westcraigs) Boundaries Order 1977 (S.I., 1977, No. 10), dated 5th January 1977, a copy of which was laid before this House on 17th January, be annulled.—[Mr. Dalyell.]
