§ Mr. Tom Litterick accordingly presented a Bill to further the free interchange of opinion in the United Kingdom by providing for greater public access to official information; to safeguard the privacy of personal information collected and retained for official purposes; to make provision with respect to the keeping, disclosure, correction and dissemination of such information; to make further provision for the content and accuracy of certain official documents; and for purposes connected with the aforesaid matters: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 25th February and to be printed.
