Why does it appear as though the committee is to be made up of Government-dominated and sponsored bodies? Is that in the interests of the consumer?
§ Mr. FraserI do not think that the premise in the second part of the hon. Gentleman's supplementary question is correct. The first part of the supplementary question is a matter for the British Standards Institution and not for me.
