§ 39. Mr. Raphael Tuckasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what is Her Majesty's Government's present policy towards a federal State in Europe.

the debate between federalists and confederalists is now irrelevant and unreal".Copies of the speech are in the Vote Office.
§ Mr. TuckIn view of that answer, will my right hon. Friend now reply to a question which I asked my right hon, Friend last week but to which I did not receive a complete answer? It referred to the first speech by Mr. Roy Jenkins as President of the EEC Commission, when he said:
Our aims are economic but our end is political".Will my right hon. Friend now publicly disapprove of that and dissociate the Cabinet from it?
