§ The Secretary of State for Trade (Mr. Edmund Dell)United Kingdom exports to Uganda in the first 10 months of 1977 were £17.2 million fob and imports in the same period £29.9 million cif. Exports in the corresponding period of 1976 were £8.4 million and imports £29.1 million.
§ Mr. CanavanAs it is now six months since the Foreign Secretary promised to do everything possible to stop the shuttle service from Stansted to Uganda, why is it still running four times a week? Will the Government take immediate steps to stop this immoral traffic of expensive luxury goods which the dictator Amin is using to buy the loyalty of his murderous henchmen?
