Motion made, and Question, That, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the practice of the House relating to matters which may be included in Finance Bills, any Finance Bill of the present Session may contain provisions, taking effect in a future year, with respect to the circumstances in which a person's employment is to be treated as director's or higher-paid under Chapter II of Part III of the Finance Act 1976.—[Mr. Healey.]
