§ Mr. MillanLords Amendment No. 6 widens the provisions of Clause 11 about 1550 company licences to take account of the tact that the person responsible for the day-to-day running of the premises—the joint licence-holder with the company—may be an agent, for example a lawyer or accountant, rather than an employee of the company.
