Queen's recommendation having been signified—

Motion made. and Question put, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to afford Security of tenure for agricultural workers housed by their employers, and their successors, and to make further provision as to the rents and other conditions of tenure of such persons, including amendments of the Rent Act 1968, it is expedient to authorise:

  1. A. Payments out of moneys provided by Parliament as follows:
    1. 1. Expenditure of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in respect of agricultural dwelling-house advisory committees.
    2. 2. Any administrative expenses of a Minister or Government department.
    3. 3. Any increase attributable to the said Act of the present Session in the sums payable out of money provided by Parliament under any other Act.
  2. B. Any payment into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Armstrong]
