Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to dissolve the Maplin Development Authority, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the extinguishment, by virtue of its transfer to the Secretary of State, of any liability of the said Authority to the Secretary of State;
  2. (b) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State by virtue of the said Act;
  3. (c) the payment of any sums into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Snape.]
