Amendments made:No. 99, in page 72, line 36, at end insert: '"dependent relative", in relation to an individual, means—

  1. (a) a relative of the individual, or of his or her wife or husband, who is incapacitated by old age or infirmity from maintaining himself, or
  2. (b) the mother of the individual or of his or her wife or husband, if the mother is widowed or living apart from her husband or, in consequence of dissolution or annulment of marriage, a single woman'.

No. 100, in page 73, line 40, at end insert: (bb) in relation to Northern Ireland, his personal representatives as defined by section 45(1) of the Administration of Estates Act (Northern Ireland) 1955; and'.
